My name is Jessica, or may you call me Jess - all my favorite people do! I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles, CA. “How are you feeling today? Let Us Talk About It, ALL!” I have 10 years of clinical experience, specifically focusing on young adults and adults.

Let Us Talk About It, ALL!” I have 10 years of clinical experience, specifically focusing on young adults and adults.

In my practice, I have worked with clients managing PTSD, anxious and depressive symptoms and behaviors. I focus my approach on the relationship built between you and me, ensuring you with unconditional support, a listening ear and strengthening the skills you already have, to continue to succeed. I will guide you to finding more of your strengths and power in treatment, together.

First session

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions, limits of confidentiality and my therapuetic approach, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and the therapuetic goals you have for yourself. This will help us to create a treatment plan to guide is in our work together.

Strengths

You're ready, let's jump in - if we need more time to develop our therapuetic relationship, then that's what we'll do! I believe the best results come from the alliance we develop in our sessions, if that is not present, how can we make progress? Although I am the "professional" by name, you are the expert in your life!

Ideal clients

The world can seem uncertain at times, making us wonder "what's going to happen next," "what happens if...," "I wish I can take that back," "I don't know what's happening..." I can support you in finding your confidence in the present moment, that whatever you may encounter, you have the skills to manage the multitude of emotions that may arise. I enjoy working with individuals who are looking for the additional tools to make their lives less overwhelming, ready to dive in and do the work, together! My goal is to get you to a place in our work where you say "I am ok, I know I can do this on my own!"
