I'm here to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your mental health journey. Nice to meet you and welcome.
First session
In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive space where we’ll focus on getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, mental health history, and life circumstances to get a full picture of what you’re experiencing. We’ll also discuss your goals for treatment and what you hope to get out of our work together. By the end of the session, we’ll have a plan in place and a clear sense of next steps—whether that includes medication management, therapy, or both.
Strengths
I’d say my greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to build trust, listen without judgment, and meet clients where they are. I create a space where people feel safe to open up, even when it’s difficult. I also bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to care—blending clinical knowledge with compassion to help clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
Ideal clients
I’m best positioned to serve adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance use. I work well with clients who are seeking a thoughtful, collaborative approach—especially those going through life transitions, experiencing interpersonal stress, or looking to better understand their patterns and behaviors. I also support clients who may feel stuck or overwhelmed and are ready to take steps toward clarity, balance, and healing.
Treatment methods
Interpersonal
I incorporate Interpersonal treatment therapy into my clinical practice, particularly when treating patients experiencing mood disorders like depression or anxiety. I find that the interpersonal method is highly effective because it focuses on the connection between a patient's symptoms and their relationships.
