Hi there! I have been practicing for the past 22 years and have worked with children, adolescents and adults, helping them help from traumatic or difficult situations and set goals that moves them towards creating the life they desire. I am licensed in New Jersey and Virginia. I use a client-centered, cognitive-behavioral and holistic approach in my work with clients.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients where they can feel supported on their path towards healing from their traumatic experiences and guide them towards creating the life they desire.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Taking that first step towards receiving the extra support you need is often the hardest but it can lead to an opportunity to heal old wounds and to explore any barriers that are keeping you from moving forward so you can have the life you desire. My approach is holistic, person-centered, strength-based and goal-oriented.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in treating adolescents and adults who are struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-injurious behavior, sexual trauma, domestic violence, family conflict, relationship issues and career changes. I also work with young adults, women and children who have been impacted by trauma and help support women in their recovery from betrayal and abusive relationships. In addition, I work with young adults needing support in their transition into adulthood.
