Hi! I'm Michelle.
If you are tired of feeing anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or even confused about what to do next… I am here to help. I provide short term therapy that is designed to “lift the weight off your shoulder” within the first session. Many people only choose therapy when they are in crisis and need immediate relief. Together we will identify the source of destress and ways to reduce or eliminate it. This can be done in many ways, but the purpose is to find that way that helps YOU! By using your strengths and resources we will develop an action plan to enable you to use effective coping skills to gain and maintain emotional and mental balance long after you complete treatment.
It’s important to know therapy isn’t just about helping you feel better, it’s about helping you Live Better.
For the last twenty years, I have devoted myself to enhancing the well-being others. My flexibility has allowed me to engage in a range of positions, both volunteer and work related; thus, heightening my overall experience. I have been committed to empowering individuals with the tools to use their inner strength to overcome those stumbling blocks within.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania and Oklahoma and have been practicing for over 25 years and I am here for you.
Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
I am honored to work beside persons seeking support with their personal growth and in creating hope-filled futures. I have been providing individual therapy services for over 30 years and working as a licensed psychologist since 2013. I specialize in treating substance use disorders and a range of emotional dysregulation concerns often associated with addictions, including anger management, impulsivity, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss.
Hi, I'm Daniel. I’m a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 25 years experience working with children, adolescents and families. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Ecosystemic Famliy Structural Therapy (EFST). CBT has helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
Hi My Name is Vanessa. I am from the greater Philadelphia area. Prior to becoming a clinician, I worked extensively in social work. That work sparked a desire for me to support individuals with developing internal resources, while exercising social supports.
I believes that success happens when individuals and families can match the support they receive with healthy lifestyle choices, self-care, and coping skills.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with four years of clinical experience supporting both young and older adults on their mental health journeys. I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee and am licensed to practice in Georgia, Tennessee, Illinois, Pennsylvania, and Kansas.
I’m passionate about helping clients break unhelpful cycles, manage mood changes, set healthy boundaries, and improve their overall sense of well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible when you feel supported, understood, and empowered. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life with greater confidence and balance.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to invest in your mental health, I’m honored to walk alongside you in the process.

I am experienced in addictions, trauma (EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, improving social skills, existential life issues and transitions. I have found that it is often a combination of forces within and without of ourselves that create our unique situations that we need help with. While I have many methods to facilitate processing (talking, art therapy, mindfulness, EMDR), I believe that you are the expert of your unique story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges of your life. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. Let me introduce myself. My name is Bradley Peters. I am a transplanted Canadian, who has been living in Pennsylvania since 2001, just before 9/11. I have been a therapeutic specialist in the field for over 17 years.
Reaching out to a professional can be daunting, but once you do, having that support and learning tools to help change those painful feelings becomes invaluable. My practice is small, isolated and private. I serve adolescents and adults 14 and up.
Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.
