Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who helps women feel like themselves again through the moments that shake your sense of self — anxiety, burnout, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, career transitions, midlife changes, and the empty nest phase.
I work exclusively with adults who identify as women or with women's experiences. Many of my clients are exhausted from holding everything together while quietly wondering, 'is this all there is?' They've often spent so long prioritizing everyone else — or carrying relationships no one seems to be holding up alongside them — that they've lost touch with their own needs, desires, and sense of self. You deserve more than just coping — you deserve support in reconnecting with yourself and your life.
Having faced my own struggles, I understand the courage it takes to show up for yourself. I support women in embracing their full selves, with all their strengths, scars, and stories, without judgment or pressure to "be fixed."
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and deeply practical — grounded in evidence-based tools and designed so you leave each session with real skills you can use. I'll help you build on what's already working, not just fix what isn't. Whether you're navigating early motherhood, a major life transition, or a midlife crossroads asking, 'who am I now?' this is a space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or have it together. You just have to show up. I'd be honored to support you in this next chapter of your life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP). I treat the co-occurring disorders accompanying anxiety such as depression and trauma using evidenced based approaches creating an environment that helps you identify solutions that allow for growth and change. Utilizing a neuroscience based approach, I will help you learn about what parts of the brain are involved in anxiety, how they interact with each other and potentially increase the intensity of anxiety, and targeted interventions for each part of the brain so that lasting change is made.
I also specialize in treating ADHD and as a psychotherapist with ADHD, I can help provide unique perspectives and approaches to working through and managing ADHD with and without medication! Understanding the difficulties that accompany ADHD that can make developing skills and healthy routines difficult to implement and consistently maintain.
Taking the step towards getting help can be difficult! It is also the most important step toward feeling relief and being able to thrive in life. Take action and schedule an appointment to begin the journey toward feeling better now!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in the state of Pennsylvania. I have been in the field for over sixteen years, and licensed for more than ten. In that time, I have accumulated clinical experience working with adolescents, emerging adults and adults. My training and experience are grounded in implementing Cognitive Therapy strategies, developing skills from the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy model, and conceptualizing from a Trauma Informed lens.
I am Jeff, like it says on this page. I love games of all kinds and dogs of all kinds. I sit crosslegged on chairs when I can and enjoy kneading dough for baking. I'm verbose and use words as if they were legos.
I have worked in hospitals, community mental health centers, a retirement home and now I am content to be in private practice. I have experience with crises, sudden life transitions and choices that seem impossible to come back from.
I'm familiar with being awkward and have experience being the outcast. I became a therapist because there were many times earlier in my life where I needed support and guidance from someone who could understand me without being judgmental or controlling. Being a strange enough person already, I never quite found someone empathetic towards my situation until meeting my first therapist - a literally life changing experience.
Even with almost 10 years as a therapist, I'm certainly not claiming that I'll change your life as a guarantee just because of who I am - a therapist helped me see that so much change came about by my own efforts over the years, change that you can also be empowered to pursue. I am the sort of person that will work in your interest, work for your health when it feels like illness gets in the way. If you happen to be someone or know someone that often puts others before themselves at the expense of wants and needs for themselves, then you may know me pretty well already.
Transparently, I am not using AI in any form to write anything you read here about myself or my methods.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by stress or coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, relationship concerns, parenting challenges, postpartum changes, school or work stress, legal issues, or major life transitions, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard and understood.
My approach is warm, direct, and solution-focused. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping skills, and build practical strategies that help you feel more confident in your daily life.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and am certified in EMDR and TF-CBT. I have experience working with both complex mental health concerns and clients who are generally functioning well but want support processing difficult experiences and trauma, improving relationships, or managing stress more effectively.
When clinically appropriate and based on medical necessity, I am able to complete FMLA and disability paperwork as part of treatment.
My goal is to help you feel supported, develop effective coping tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I am licensed in Pennsylvania with over 15 years of professional work experience. Hi, I’m Lesley. I am a licensed therapist providing therapy to adults in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
I often see people struggling with what I call “reality gaps”, which is the space between the life you have and the life you want. The wider that gap feels, the more distress tends to grow.
I have over a decade of experience working with adults and adolescents facing chronic depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, and relational conflict.
If you've been struggling to find the right therapy that feels both authentic and effective, you're in the right place.
With emphasis on deep personal exploration and specialized support for women navigating various stages of their reproductive journeys, I bring an eclectic background and innovative approach to the therapy space. I have extensive clinical training in psychoanalysis, Jungian dreamwork, and psychedelic-informed therapy along with nearly two decades of hands-on experience as a lactation consultant and postpartum doula. My approach is both professional and personal, rooted in education, shaped by years of supporting families, and guided by a grounded, intuitive presence. The result is therapy that is evidence-based, compassionate, and deeply human.

Hi I'm Fabyonne,
Our stressors, which can include hectic lives, and often overwhelming schedules, can keep us from living our very best life. Do you wish you could just check out of the matrix and reset if only for a moment? Well, I am here to help you do just that.
I am both an LPC and MFT and for this reason, I utilize an eclectic mix of therapeutic modalities and resources to help you regain a sense of control when life feels chaotic. Granting you the space to verbally process all the answers (which by the way have been placed inside you) necessary to heal and deal with all life throws your way.
As a clinician trained in EFT and EMDR accompanied by being a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional I lean into trauma informed care, attachment and family systems.
My history includes a 25-year teaching career and a slow transition to a full-time therapist in the last 8 years. The classroom experience is where I learned the foundational structure and hands-on impact of counseling (as teachers are literally everything to everybody).
My education includes a Bachelors in Elementary Education, a Masters in Professional Leadership, a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate in Community Care and Counseling with a concentration in Traumatology.
Welcome! I’m Dr. Judge, a psychotherapist specializing in women’s mental health. If you’ve been carrying the emotional weight of motherhood, relationships, or simply trying to hold everything together, I want you to know you are not alone. I understand the words "I'm tired of being strong!" I offer a safe, compassionate, faith-centered space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin healing.
Alongside my clinical training, I bring personal understanding shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, and the heartbreak of miscarriage. I know life can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and overwhelmed by pain no one else fully sees. I believe God meets us tenderly in those hardest moments and restores our strength. My goal is to help you feel grounded, supported, and renewed in mind, body, and spirit.
I specialize in working with women who often appear capable, organized, and “on top of things” externally, while internally feeling anxious, emotionally drained, and overwhelmed. Many of the women I work with are balancing the invisible mental load of motherhood, work, and relationships while quietly struggling with burnout, identity loss, loneliness.
In our work together, I help you slow down and understand what is happening beneath the surface. Many women arrive feeling constantly “on” mental overload, emotionally depleted, or unable to rest.
A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Therapy becomes a space where you no longer have to ignore your own needs or carry everything by yourself. Together, we explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and emotionally fulfilling. Therapy with me is a supportive space where you are deeply seen, heard, and cared for. You do not have to keep struggling alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
Healing can be intimidating; but also unimaginably life changing for the better. My name is Danielle Turner (she/her) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently working towards her PhD in Counselor Supervision and Education. I am also basic trained in EMDR (per EMDRIA's standards and requirements) in order to best treat individuals suffering from trauma and a number of other presentations. I have multiple years of experience treating clients who are anxious, depressed, have experienced loss and or trauma (physical, verbal or sexual), suffer from mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I have also worked with clients experiencing a life changing event, struggling with addiction or those seeking support who identify as LGBTQIA+. I also specialize in helping clients manage stressors of today's climate, including religious prejudice or systemic racism
My name is Karen Johnson and I am a licensed clinical social worker that has a vast array of professional and personal experience. I am a graduate of Temple University and have close to 20 years of experience working with mostly adults, but several years of working with children and adolescents early in my career.
I strongly believe, you know yourself best and would like to work with you in a collaborative fashion. I see each client as a whole person that encompasses the mind, body and spirit. I use an eclectic approach in my work using a variety of tools such as mindfulness, progressive muscle relaxation and other mind and body-based techniques. You are your own expert and I can help you facilitate change and growth in your daily life.
Hi, I’m Colette, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m glad you’re here. I provide a calm, supportive space where you can feel safe to share your story and begin making sense of what you’re going through.
Grief work is at the heart of my practice. Whether you’re coping with the loss of a loved one, a major life change, or a more personal kind of loss, I’m here to support you. I also work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, maternal mental health, and life transitions.
In our work together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. We can look at patterns from the past, while also building tools to help you manage the present. I use mindfulness and CBT techniques to support you in understanding your thoughts and finding ways to cope with stress. In grief work, we may also create meaningful rituals or practices to honor your loved ones while caring for yourself. I believe it’s possible to hold both pain and joy, and I will support you in finding that balance.
If you feel ready, I invite you to take the next step and schedule an appointment. I would be honored to work with you.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Mount Aloysius College and have been practicing for a little over 3 years. My background stems from being an inpatient counselor working with drug and alcohol clients, as well as mental health. I found a great passion in helping people in those areas and would like to continue to do that on Grow Therapy.
To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.
With over 20 years of experience in counseling, I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and purpose. My approach is eclectic and personalized, drawing from a variety of evidenced based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma, addiction/substance abuse, family and couples therapy, and motivational interviewing. I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and supported in a safe space.
I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life— autism, teens struggling with anxiety or identity, adults facing life transitions and challenges, and couples and families seeking connection and understanding. Whether someone is managing depression, struggling with addiction, recovering from trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I tailor each session to their unique goals and strengths.
My clients often say they feel more empowered, grounded, and hopeful after our work together. I help them uncover patterns that no longer serve them, gain practical tools for change, and rebuild trust in themselves and others.
Online counseling offers the flexibility and privacy many people need to take that first step toward healing. Whether you're reaching out for the first time or returning to therapy, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy and expertise. You don’t have to face this alone
I am a clinician with a broad range of experiences. I started my career working with and advocating with individuals with intellectual disabilities, many of whom also struggled with managing their emotions and low self esteem. I have spent a good portion of the past 20 years, working with children with behavioral difficulties and their families. In addition, I have also worked in outpatient services with adults from various walks of life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace.
Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity.
I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

I specialize in working with men who struggle with self-esteem, relationships difficulties, motivation issues, social anxiety, ADHD, depression, and parenting issues. The clients I work with generally fall into 3 groups of people.
The 1st struggles with self-esteem, social anxiety, some difficulties with forming healthy relationships, sensitivity to rejection, uncertainty of who they are, and being self-critical.
The 2nd struggles with ADHD, indecisiveness, following through on goals, feeling disorganized, talking compulsively, racing thoughts, having too many ideas, and being perfectionistic to a fault.
The 3rd group I work with are fathers or husbands. They may have difficulties controlling their emotions, connecting with their partner or children in a meaningful way, or communicating their thoughts and feelings in a way that's honest and empathetic.
Every client I see is unique and not everything listed always applies, but if you see yourself in any of these groups then I encourage you to keep reading.
Unfortunately I do not work with clients under the age of 24.
