As adults, we are responsible for resolving the traumas that have happened to us, to pick up the pieces and put ourselves back together, not because we are to blame for our experiences, but because we are the only ones who CAN change them. That can feel unfair, and it is, there is no doubt about that. On the flipside it can also be empowering- you are the catalyst for personal change, you can always take a turn or step in a different direction, you can always act differently, feel differently, and (with the right tools and assistance) start the healing process. I am here to help you with this noble, and sometimes difficult work. As a mental health professional, I am passionate about helping others feel more whole, hopeful and effective by developing deeper self-knowledge, self-respect, compassion, resilience and further developing our coping skills to take on the challenged life throws your way.
I am a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief to assist clients in reducing distressing thoughts and emotions. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I collaborate with my clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns contributing to their symptoms. Through a combination of cognitive restructuring, emotion regulation techniques, and mindfulness practices, I help my clients develop healthier coping mechanisms and increase resilience in the face of life's challenges.

My practice includes working with couples to resolve conflicts, supporting families in strengthening their relationships, and tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. With a commitment to adaptability and care, I strive to create a safe and supportive space for personal growth and healing.
Hello, my name is Bernard Scott, and I live in Boston Massachusetts. I attended Boston Public Schools, attended Boston University for my bachelor's degree, Simmons University for my master's degree, and Southern California School of Professional Studies where I received my Doctorate (PsyD) in Counseling Psychology. I became licensed in (psychiatric) Clinical Social Work and received my LICSW License in 1996. I have been in this field for over 35 years and worked in a number of clinics, hospitals in Boston and Brockton. I enjoy helping people find their inner strength and work through those subconscious unresolved issues from the past so that the individual can finally be free from childhood traumas, past relationship issues ect. I strongly believe that between the developmental ages of 1 through 18 can and does affect who you are today and what ever happened to you between that time still has a hold on you today at the ages of 20, 30 50, etc. Getting rid of all that hurt, anger, trauma, etc. so that you can address it, work through it, come to terms with it and ultimately leave it all behind, and unload it.

Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, North Carolina, South Carolina, Utah and Virginia. I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, but I especially enjoy helping adults navigate the ups and downs of life. My background includes working in community agencies, private practice, and with military families, which has given me a wide range of experience with challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and self-esteem struggles.
As a military spouse myself, I understand firsthand how stressful transitions, deployments, and constant changes can feel. I bring that personal perspective into my work, along with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
