My passion is helping people with their mental health struggles because I have also been there and everyone will be at some point in their lives. I provide medication options and therapy option and will donate thorough evaluation to determine your goals and where you are in reaching them. I work closely with you to help you obtain your goals. I have extensive experience working people from all ages and have helped people with medication concerns for many years now.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will involve us connecting and you can bring your coffee or tea and let me know your goals. We will be discussing your medical and psychiatric history. I will want to know exactly what you want to treat with medication or therapy. You may want to see me for therapy only and not medications which is not a problem.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

If you are looking for lots of medication options and education about medication options, I definitely provide this. You will feel heard with me and find empathy instead of judgement. My biggest strengths are understanding the human condition and how people are really seeking trauma based support which is more nurturing but also allows you to call the shots.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with people from all races, backgrounds, and genders. I enjoy helping individuals who are depressed, anxious, or who need ADHD assessment and management. I work closely with parents as well if you are seeking care for your child.
