Hello, my name is Gladys Lopez. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (#7803). I specialize in working with adolescents, teens young adults, focusing on life transitions. I work with individuals ages 13 and up. I create a safe and nurturing therapy environment that allows culture sensitivity, humor and empathy. In our shared therapeutic space I work with you to process life situations and learn healthy ways to cope.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in future sessions.
Having worked with adolescent, teen and adults for the past 10 years, I've developed a culturally sensitive playbook to help you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to progress.
I specialize in assisting teens, and young adults with navigating symptoms of Anxiety, Coping Skills, and Depression. As well as working through family conflict including generational trauma.
