Welcome!!! I'm Egypt and I've been a licensed therapist for the last 4 years. I have a client lead approach that focuses on strengthening confidence and autonomy throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.

As a provider one of my greatest strengths is my client lead approach. My goal is to help the client achieve their goals and that starts with collaboration , affirmation , and validation.
