(she/her)
Hello! My name is Kim. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Board Certified Counselor (NCC). As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to the well-being of the individuals I serve. In my therapy practice, I work with individuals that report anxiety, stress, depression, interpersonal relational concerns, occupational challenges, difficulty maintaining boundaries, and other conditions. For support, I offer cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in individual therapy sessions.
In our first session, we will explore your presenting concerns for therapy and create a tailored plan related to your therapy goals. Each session, we will focus on what is important to your specific needs. Check-ins regarding therapy interventions and your goals will occur as needed throughout therapy sessions to be certain that we are on track to meet your treatment plan.
I work diligently to provide empirically-based treatment interventions for individuals who report a variety of needs. I am looking forward to working with you!
I love working with Adults, College Students and Young Adults.
