I have extensive CBT experience and working with those who want and are prepared for change in their behaviors. I have a PhD in Family studies, with a concentration in family dynamics. She was authentic. My life resonated with her. She seemed to understand what I was going through. She asked the right questions, so I know she was really getting to know me and to understand how she can help me. She was very respectful and I know she was listening to me.
