New to Grow
I am a clinical therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and vulnerabilities without fear of judgment. My approach focuses on helping individuals recognize and challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthy coping strategies, and modify behaviors that may be interfering with their well-being. I work collaboratively with clients to strengthen problem-solving skills, build emotional awareness and regulation, and foster resilience. My goal is to support each person in gaining insight, developing practical tools, and moving toward meaningful and lasting personal growth.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share your concerns, goals, and any challenges you’ve been experiencing. I may ask questions about your background, current stressors, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and learn more about my approach to therapy. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and discussing how we can work collaboratively to support your growth and well-being. My priority is to create a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to share at your own pace.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach combines evidence-based techniques with a supportive, collaborative therapeutic style. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. I also incorporate behavioral activation to encourage engagement in meaningful activities that support improved mood and motivation. What makes my work unique is my focus on equipping clients with practical, easy-to-use tools they can apply in their daily lives. I integrate techniques such as mindfulness, deep breathing, and progressive muscle relaxation to help clients manage stress, regulate emotions, and build resilience. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space while helping clients develop lasting skills for meaningful and sustainable change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal clients are individuals who are seeking support to better understand themselves, manage emotional challenges, and create meaningful change in their lives. I work well with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, negative thought patterns, life transitions, or difficulties with emotional regulation and relationships. Many of the people I support are motivated to improve their coping skills, develop healthier behaviors, and gain greater self-awareness. Whether someone is navigating personal challenges, looking to strengthen resilience, or working toward personal growth, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore concerns and build practical tools for lasting change.
