I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 20 years of experience in the people helping field, specializing in trauma. I help people find their way through societal stresses and traumas including, but not limited to LGBTQ+ issues, racial trauma, religious trauma and relational difficulties. In the first session we will begin to explore the history of what brought you to therapy. We will talk about intake paperwork, and your presenting issues. We will finish by setting up some treatment goals and objectives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT skills training to help people learn about and manage their symptoms. CBT helps people make connections between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is useful for various symptoms and diagnoses.
Family Therapy
