What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session we will begin to explore the history of what brought you to therapy. We will talk about intake paperwork, and your presenting issues. We will finish by setting up some treatment goals and objectives.

Couples Counseling

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I have studied couple, family and group dynamics and use systemic theories to help couples examine their relationships and make the changes they would like to see.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT skills training to help people learn about and manage their symptoms. CBT helps people make connections between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is useful for various symptoms and diagnoses.
