Hello! My name is Kelly Brock and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania and also in Iowa. Maybe you are just feeling stuck, and don't know why? Or maybe you know why, but don't quite understand what tools to use or how to use them to get yourself to that next level up in self-understanding and comfort? I believe finding one's peace in life is a journey of exploration… Sometimes our human side tends to make the exploration in life's journey a tad bit complicated. When we know more about ourselves (and others)... we are just able to navigate life better!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session my goal is for us to get to know each other and explore what is going on in your life currently and where you want it to be in your future? Then we explore how you want to get there and set a flexible plan to start working toward your own individual and unique goals!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am very passionate about learning everything I can to help support my clients in finding their best selves! I am open to new ideas and thought processes and I love exploring the same with my clients! If you feel that us working together could be a good fit for you, feel free to reach out to me at the contact information listed!

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I believe that each and every human is their own unique and divine self. To me this means that each and every unique individual has their own unique goals within therapy and their own paths to reaching those goals. Therefore, I use a variety of treatment methods in my therapy sessions including (but not limited to), Psychodynamic, Strength-Based, Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
