The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you'd like support with, and your goals. There's no pressure to share everything at once. I want you to feel comfortable and heard as we begin working together.

My own life experiences have taught me that growth isn't always straightforward, which helps me meet clients with empathy and understanding. I tailor my style to each person sometimes that means giving you the space to process at your own pace, and other times it means gently challenging unhelpful patterns or perspectives. My goal is to provide a balance of support, honesty, and practical tools that help you create meaningful change.
