Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re struggling with self-esteem, stress, anxiety, or depression. You don’t have to face these times alone. In session, I will help you identify your personal strengths and develop strategies that create real, lasting change. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
In our sessions, I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strengths-based, empowerment approaches to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect. I’ll guide you in building on your strengths while turning challenges into opportunities for growth. I also offer Christian counseling, where we can include prayer and the Bible in our sessions.
Taking the first step toward therapy is a powerful choice. I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where meaningful progress is possible. Let’s work together to help you or your loved one thrive. I will work at your pace and will never rush the process. And if you are open to Christian counseling, I bring in prayer, Bible reading, and devotionals if you choose
An ideal client is open to discussing why they came to the session, open to working on issues in and out of session, and able to celebrate all successes, no matter how small or big. A client is also willing to take the time and accept that issues will not disappear overnight. Anything worth working on takes time. Commitment to therapy work takes time and the willingness to face it.
For those interested in Christian Counseling, I provide support and attentive listening in sessions with the client. I include prayer, Bible reading, and devotionals along with other clinical treatment methods to provide support to the client
