I have been working in the helping profession for over 17 years. I attended the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice, specializing in clinical social work. I have practiced in a variety of clinical settings and currently work as a mental health counselor at a local high school. I specialize in addressing anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, interpersonal difficulties, and trauma. I have worked with clients of all ages, but currently focus on adults.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Relationships are everything to me. Our first session will be all about rapport-building and helping you feel comfortable in the clinical settings. Our focus will be on you, and the reasons you are choosing therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am compassionate, caring, honest, and nonjudgmental. I allow you the space to talk freely, and provide feedback when it is appropriate. I believe my friendly nature creates an environment where clients feel comfortable immediately.
