I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey with multiple degrees from Widener University. I’ve worked with a wide range of individuals facing challenges like anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more. My focus is on helping people manage stress more effectively, build healthier routines, and feel more in control of their day-to-day lives. I’m not here to give you all the answers—I’m here to help you ask the right questions, challenge what’s no longer serving you, and support you as you build confidence in your ability to navigate life on your own terms.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a strong foundation for our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, what challenges you’re facing, and what changes you’d like to see in your life. We’ll talk through what's been working, what hasn’t, and begin identifying clear, realistic goals that feel meaningful and attainable to you. This session is also your space to ask questions, share at your own pace, and get a feel for how I work. My goal is for you to walk away from our first session feeling heard, supported, and more confident about the steps ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out most about my therapeutic approach is my ability to create a space where clients feel genuinely safe, understood, and emotionally supported without judgment. I value authenticity and connection within the therapeutic relationship and believe meaningful healing happens when clients feel seen not only for their struggles, but also for their strengths, resilience, and humanity. My style is warm, collaborative, and emotionally attuned, blending humanistic, attachment-based, and emotionally focused approaches to help clients process experiences at a deeper level rather than simply managing surface-level symptoms. I work especially well with clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, identity changes, burnout, motherhood and postpartum experiences, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties related to self-worth or connection. Clients often describe feeling comfortable opening up with me because I balance professionalism with a down-to-earth, compassionate presence that helps therapy feel approachable and genuine. I aim to help clients build insight, improve emotional awareness, strengthen communication and relationships, and develop healthier ways of understanding and responding to themselves and others.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with older adolescents and adults, particularly individuals navigating periods of transition, identity development, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, life stressors, and changes within family or interpersonal dynamics. I enjoy working with adolescents through adulthood because this stage of life often involves increased self-awareness, exploration of identity, shifting relationships, and deeper emotional processing. My approach is especially effective with clients who are seeking a supportive, authentic therapeutic relationship where they can feel safe exploring emotions, patterns, attachment experiences, and personal growth at a deeper level. I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them build insight, emotional resilience, healthier coping strategies, and more secure connections with themselves and others.

My treatment methods

Humanistic

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a humanistic, attachment-based, and emotionally focused framework. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel emotionally safe, seen, and understood. Through a humanistic lens, I value authenticity, empathy, and the therapeutic relationship as central components of healing and growth.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I also incorporate attachment-based and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles by helping clients explore emotional experiences, relationship patterns, unmet attachment needs, and the ways past and present relationships influence their sense of self and connection with others. My approach emphasizes emotional processing, self-awareness, and strengthening communication and relational security, while empowering clients to better understand themselves, regulate emotions, and build healthier, more meaningful relationships.
