Hello!! And, Welcome! Looking forward to meeting you!! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Utah, and Nevada. I received my Masters from Western Kentucky University, and have been practicing for 28 years. I help individuals, and couples to overcome "old programming", develop new and healing ways to see themselves and life, and utilize places of self-empowerment. Increasing one's relationship with oneself helps one to have greater relationships with others, and all other parts of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

With empathy, open mindedness, and a total acceptance of who you uniquely are: together, we will journey through the places in your life that feel stuck and heal the issues that are causing the suffering. We will begin where you feel most comfortable beginning, and at a pace the fits your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career changes, OCD and ADHD, we will begin where you are right now, and address what feels most important to you, with absolute acceptance, and validation. Openness, and with a bit of humor, we will together help you to move forward towards greater self-empowerment, and peace.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Looking super forward to being a part of your therapy journey, and growth!! Having used Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for 28 years to help to heal the struggles that affects individuals, marriages, and families. We will together examine the old programming, replace it with your truest truth, and find your self-power as you increase your peace, and joy. New ways of thinking, create new ways of existing, and relating...with our own self, and with others.
