Here we are. I am honored to take a journey toward health, wellness and spiritual growth with you. The path toward wellness begins daily, we get to do this, and we do not have to do it alone. There is not a human on this planet that is without wounds. What may have started as coping or a mechanism for survival may no longer serve us today? The old narrative that is driven by fear may be impeding our ability to have transformative relationships, a rewarding and exciting career and the mind-body connection that we desire. Let’s go on a retrieval toward the life you would like to engage in. Let’s identify the areas where there is struggle and challenge. Let’s understand the root with nonjudgment and compassion. Let us live fully with the realization that life will always happen on life’s terms. Let's begin again.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Each client experience is unique. My clients share with me that they feel supported, heard and empowered. Clients that decide to work with me will know the value of writing, journaling, meditation, mindfulness and the power of the breath.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize Dialectic behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. My method is client-centered and client-focused. This means I treat my client as the expert in their lives and they know the interventions that will work best for them.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My ability to provide empathetic listening and understanding. We need to feel connected and heard in a space that is safe and free of judgment.
