Hi, I'm Audrey! I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals break free from cycles of anxiety, self-doubt, and past trauma so they can reconnect with their authentic selves. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can explore challenges at your own pace and develop the tools to create a more fulfilling life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based techniques to help you heal and grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, explore your background, and discuss your goals. I’ll provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own comfort level. Together, we’ll start identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discuss how we can work toward meaningful change. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about your path forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I bring a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, meeting you exactly where you are while gently challenging unhelpful patterns that may be holding you back. I focus on fostering self-compassion, resilience, and deeper self-awareness, helping you develop a sense of inner peace and confidence. I also prioritize a collaborative approach—your voice and experiences are central to the therapeutic process, and we’ll work together to create a path that feels right for you.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma and PTSD, low self-esteem, and depression. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns of self-criticism, worry, or emotional disconnection, often feeling like they have to hide parts of themselves to be accepted. I also have experience supporting women and LGBTQ+ individuals who face unique challenges related to identity, relationships, and self-worth. My goal is to help you feel seen, heard, and empowered as you navigate your healing journey.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

IFS is a powerful approach I use to help clients explore the different “parts” of themselves—whether it’s the inner critic, the perfectionist, or the protector that shields you from pain. By working with these parts rather than fighting against them, we can uncover their underlying needs and help you move toward greater self-acceptance and healing. IFS allows us to shift from self-judgment to self-compassion, helping you feel more whole and in control of your emotions.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, low self-esteem, and distress. Together, we’ll work on recognizing these unhelpful thoughts, reframing them, and developing healthier coping strategies. I integrate CBT in a way that feels practical and personalized, helping you build confidence in managing difficult emotions and navigating daily life with greater ease.
