I’m a therapist who works with teens and adults navigating life transitions, processing trauma, and seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. I bring warmth, empathy, and a touch of humor into our work to help create a space where you can feel comfortable and supported. Along the way, I also offer practical coping strategies and tools to help you manage challenges and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and any goals you may have for therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background and experiences, as well as check in about your safety and overall well-being. You’re also encouraged to ask me any questions you have, so you can feel comfortable and confident moving forward together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring specialized training in the treatment of PTSD and eating disorders, allowing me to support clients with a deeper understanding of these complex experiences. Over the past five years, I’ve worked in community mental health settings, serving clients from a wide range of diverse backgrounds. This experience has strengthened my ability to provide culturally responsive, compassionate care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with young adults navigating major life transitions and seeking a deeper understanding of who they are. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by relationship challenges, past trauma, or uncertainty about their direction in life. I provide a supportive space to process these experiences, build healthy coping skills, and develop more secure, fulfilling connections with themselves and others.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use a person-centered approach, which means our work is guided by you—your experiences, your goals, and your pace. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Through empathy, authenticity, and genuine understanding, I aim to help you build self-awareness, strengthen your inner resources, and move toward meaningful change.
