New to Grow
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work collaboratively to explore challenges, build on strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and stress-related concerns.Early in our work, we'll explore what's most important to you, whether it's reducing anxiety, improving relationships, or feeling more confident. Together, we'll set goals that are meaningful, realistic, and flexible, checking in regularly to adjust as your needs evolve and progress is made.
In our first session, I'll take time to learn about what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. We'll explore your concerns, your background, and any goals you'd like to work toward, all at a pace that feels comfortable. It's also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and begin building trust.
My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself. Sessions are collaborative and conversational. I listen actively, offer honest feedback, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer serve you, all at a pace that feels right.
I like to work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress-related issues. I'm especially comfortable supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or are seeking greater clarity and balance. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and equipped with practical tools. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to help you gain insight, manage stress, and create meaningful change. I incorporate person-centered and strengths-based approaches to support growth and resilience.
