First session
Our first session will be to get to know each other and figure out if we are a good fit. We’ll also be talking about what brings you to therapy and what goals you want to work on. Once we’re both on the same page a treatment plan will be created which will be a general guideline for the following sessions.
Strengths
With 7 years of experience, I pride myself in being able to hold a safe space for my clients to be vulnerable and foster healing. Life can be hard but our sessions don’t have to be. We can take a deep dive or just talk mundane events.
Ideal clients
I love working with adolescents and adults through various life changes and hurdles. I am bilingual in Spanish and open to having English, Spanish, or Spanglish sessions. Let’s work together to make life enjoyable.

Supportive
I use Supportive therapy by providing emotional support, encouragement, and validation during difficult times.
Grief Therapy
I provide support during the 5 stages of grief (denial, bargaining, anger, depression, and acceptance). During this difficult I help clients adjust to their loss, explore different grief reactions and symptoms, as well as form healthy coping skills.
Motivational Interviewing
Change can be hard. With Motivational Interviewing, the client and I explore and resolve any ambivalence regarding change.
