I have worked with clients from the age of two and up. All of my clients have had diverse backgrounds that not only caused them struggles, but helped me to see the differences in each person and to struggle on that individual. I am ready to help you, if you are ready to ask for help. Let's do this together!
I will take my time to get to know you and your needs for therapy. We will work on building a healthy, successful therapeutic relationship.
Grief is by far my most favorite area of therapy. I lived it. I know it and I’ve had great success in helping others find their way through it. I also enjoy the use of coping skills to assist with anxiety and depression. This world brings a lot of these two things to us and I am here to assist navigation through it.

I have been using CBT for almost 10 years with my clients. I begin by understanding their needs my client's issues, including their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I collaborate with my clients to set specific goals. I assist my client in understanding CBT principles helping them understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I assist them with identifying and recording their negative thoughts. We work on challenging their negative thoughts and reframing them into more balanced and positive ones.
I enjoy assisting couples in identifying not only their own individual issues, but also their issues as a couple, which lead to negative aspects in their relationships.
I use attachment-based techniques to assist individuals in finding attachment and helping children feel attachment after trauma.
I use family therapy to assist families in working through the hardest of communication and barriers to family functioning.
I use grief therapy to assist clients in processing their grief.
