Stephanie Hutchins

I am passionate about client-centered care. My role is to walk alongside you through your healing process. I have broad experience in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma complexities. I have worked with several clients, including children, transitional-aged youth, adults, and families. Therapeutic services can look different for each individual. I am trained in utilizing TF-CBT to assist individuals with a history of trauma in healing. My treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques delivered with compassion and empathy. I strongly believe that a therapeutic experience should include a strengths-based perspective with result-driven techniques. I believe the most critical part of client care is building a trusting and mutually respected relationship to achieve the client's desired outcome.
