New to Grow
Glad you took the time to seek support. I am Natalie St. Martin a licensed therapist specializing in working with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. She supports clients who often feel overwhelmed or stuck beneath the surface, helping them gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and break unhelpful patterns. Her approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices, and she focuses on creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and appropriately challenged. Through her work, clients often experience meaningful shifts in self-awareness, confidence, and their ability to move through life with greater stability and intention.
In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and collaborative space where we focus on understanding what brought them to therapy and what they hope to change or improve. I will ask questions about current concerns, relevant history, and goals, while also allowing space for clients to share at their own pace. We will begin identifying patterns, strengths, and immediate needs, and I will provide an overview of how we might work together moving forward. My goal for the first session is to help clients feel heard, supported, and clearer about the direction of treatment.
What sets my work apart is my ability to combine clinical skill with a grounded, relatable presence that helps clients feel both safe and gently challenged. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I meet clients where they are and adapt evidence-based methods to fit their unique experiences, goals, and readiness for change. I am intentional about helping clients move beyond insight alone and into real-life application, so therapy feels practical, focused, and impactful. Clients often describe feeling deeply understood while also gaining the structure and accountability needed to create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
My ideal clients are adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, relationship challenges, and issues related to self-esteem or identity. I am best positioned to serve individuals who are motivated for change but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work especially well with clients who are open to building insight while also focusing on practical, goal-oriented steps toward improvement. My approach supports people who want to better understand their patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthier coping strategies that create lasting change in their daily lives.
