Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where I can truly understand not only the client’s condition but also their unique individuality. By taking the time to learn about their history, challenges, and strengths, I aim to see the client as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. I want the client to feel that I am their professional ally in psychiatry—someone dedicated to walking this journey with them. By the end of the first session, my hope is that the client feels heard, understood, and optimistic about the path ahead, knowing that together we can work toward meaningful progress and improvement in their life.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a provider is the genuine joy I find in helping my patients achieve their goals. This passion fuels my dedication to work tirelessly on their behalf. I also value the meaningful connections I establish with my patients, as these relationships are the foundation of effective care. Additionally, my ability to develop creative, individualized solutions tailored to each patient’s unique needs is one of my core strengths. These qualities enable me to provide compassionate, goal-oriented care that truly makes a difference.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best suited for patients seeking guidance in navigating life’s challenges and who value a holistic approach that considers both mind and body. My approach fosters resilience, empowering you to rediscover your inner strength and move toward lasting well-being. I prioritize encouraging independence while offering a strong sense of support, and patients who are motivated to grow, develop, and work toward the goal of independence will thrive under my care. While creating a path to meaningful progress and lasting success together, please note that I do not prescribe narcotic medications, as my focus is on sustainable wellness through comprehensive, non-narcotic approaches.

I contacted Wilber due to this overwhelming anxiety I’ve suffered since my teenage years, Wilber prescribed me medicines I was on in my past before being given stuff I did not like or agree with being given, he also explained every single thing I needed to know about each medication he prescribed to me very clearly and made it understandable for me. Super glad I chose him to help me🙂

I appreciated that the provider understood my feelings about medications and opted to start me low and work from there.
