I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree from Central Connecticut State University and seven years of experience in the field. I specialize in working with children and adolescents ages 5 to 17, helping them navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also work with women and men experiencing similar challenges. I feel called to serve individuals who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or silenced—I aim to create a safe, supportive space where they feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal and grow.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I like to get to know what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. It’s a chance for us to begin building a connection and for me to understand who you are—not just your challenges, but your strengths too. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and comfortable as we begin this journey together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my commitment to building a genuine, positive connection with each client. I truly believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful work—because no matter how many tools or techniques we have, they only become effective when there’s trust, safety, and connection between the therapist and client.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I’m best positioned to serve people of all backgrounds who are seeking support, healing, and growth. I welcome anyone who is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. I believe in meeting each person where they are and creating a safe, supportive space for them to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
