Hello there! My name is Gina, and I help individuals and couples strengthen their relationships, deepen emotional connection, and create more fulfilling lives. As a licensed therapist and relationship coach, I combine evidence-based techniques with intuition, humor, and empathy for an approach that is direct, warm, and tailored to you. Whoever you are and however you love, you deserve a safe space to explore, heal, and grow. Because healthy relationships start with self-awareness, our work focuses on understanding yourself, correcting old patterns, and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll improve communication, build confidence and manage stress.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is about getting to know you: your story, your goals, and what's bringing you here. I'll ask questions to understand not just the challenges you're facing, but what a better life looks like for you. You can expect a warm, straightforward conversation, sometimes serious, sometimes light, focused entirely on helping you feel understood and supported to help us move forward with clarity and purpose.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My clients often describe my style as a mix of directness and compassion. With keen intuition and clear insight, I hear what’s underneath what’s being said, and I'm not afraid to name it. I draw from multiple therapeutic frameworks to find what works for you rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method. Clients tell me sessions feel both substantive and human, and my own life's journey gives me a grounded perspective on the small changes that make a big difference. I bring strong intuition, a down to earth perspective.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals and couples ready to do honest work on their relationships, whether you've grown apart over time, are navigating a major transition, or want to build a strong foundation from the start. I also have extensive experience with stress, anxiety, self-esteem, and confidence, particularly where these intersect with relationships. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all couples across the spectrum of gender and sexuality. You don’t have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to start.

My treatment methods

Couples Counseling

My work with couples focuses on helping partners understand the patterns that shape their relationship and how those patterns affect communication, trust, and emotional connection. My goal is to create a safe space where both individuals feel heard as we work together toward a stronger relationship.

Relational

Relational therapy informs how I understand each person's story. I pay close attention to how early relationships, family dynamics, and lived experiences shape the ways we show up in connection with others. This lens helps clients recognize patterns rooted in their history to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and a more authentic connection to others.

Strength-Based

Together, we identify the qualities already supporting your relationship, using those strengths as a foundation to navigate challenges and help you enrich your relationship.

Narrative

I use principles from Narrative Therapy to help you explore the stories you and your partner carry about your relationship, conflicts, and identities, and whether those stories are truly serving you. Together we rewrite the negative story lines that keep you stuck, creating new ones rooted in your shared values and past triumphs.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help you explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors affect the way you relate to one another. Together we identify patterns that keep you stuck and learn healthier ways of relating to and supporting one another.
