If you're looking for a safe, nonjudgemental space to process life's challenges, navigate difficult emotions or heal from past experiences, let's connect. I've practiced as a therapist for six years, working with a wide range of diagnoses. I've had the privilege of supporting clients across diverse ages, identities and life experiences. I approach each client session with humility, awareness and empathy.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

First sessions can feel intimidating, and that's completely normal. I'm here to help ease you into the process at a pace that feels comfortable for you. In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what's bringing you to therapy, and exploring what you're hoping to get out of it. Therapy can be challenging at times, but it's also a meaningful and rewarding process, and we'll navigate it together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe each client is the expert in their own life, and my role is to support and guide you through your process. I bring a warm, calm, and nonjudgemental presence to our work, creating a space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences openly.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work well with clients that may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or navigating life transitions and need a supportive and safe space to process feelings. Whether you're managing anxiety, relationship challenges, or past experiences, I hope to work with you to build insight, develop helpful coping skills, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

When working with clients, I meet them where they are at and support them in a non-judgemental space that promotes safety and empathy allowing clients to process their feelings.

Strength-Based

I will assist the client in identifying their personal strengths while encouraging and promoting change in a collaborative relationship with the client.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I will help clients focus on the present and offer support on helping to identify current challenges and offer coping strategies that we can practice in session that the client can use in everyday life.
