Hello there! I'm an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) residing in sunny California. My educational journey led me to earn my MSW from California State University, Northridge, and I've dedicated the past ten years to the field of mental health. My passion lies in assisting young adults grappling with career stress and burnout to unlock their full potential and thrive in their endeavors.
In our inaugural session, we'll embark on a journey of discovery, beginning with warm introductions and swiftly transitioning to explore the unique hurdles you're encountering. Through this collaborative process, I'll craft a personalized roadmap designed to address your challenges, paving the way for our subsequent sessions to be filled with purpose and progress.
Leveraging ten years of dedicated support for young and seasoned professionals, I've cultivated a wealth of genuine understanding and positivity to guide our journey. Through this journey, I'll draw upon my strengths in genuine empathy, positive reinforcement, and unwavering support to help you thrive. Together, we'll not only uncover the roots of your challenges but also collaboratively develop a tailor-made action plan, infused with patience and understanding, to propel you toward tangible and transformative progress.
I find immense joy in collaborating with early-career professionals embarking on the exciting journey of their careers. My clients radiate with enthusiasm for growth, and though they may currently lack the tools to fully realize their aspirations, they're brimming with potential. Together, we navigate through challenges, transforming feelings of stagnation, overwhelm, and anxiety into opportunities for empowerment and achievement.
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five + years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.
