Nataly Ebid, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of New Jersey. Nataly obtained her BA in psychology and MSW at Rutgers University. Nataly has been working in the mental health field for over 15 years providing psychotherapy/counseling. Nataly started her career working at a partial care and residential program serving individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Nataly spent more than 10 years working at a long-term care facility as a medical social worker. Nataly has the professional expertise and knowledge to help individuals explore their challenges and cultivate strategies for resilience and personal growth. My aim is to guide clients toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Nataly ensures she provides a safe environment that is supportive and non-judgmental. The techniques used during sessions are eclectic in nature. Her approach is always determined by the individual's needs. Nataly incorporates evidence-based techniques such as client-centered, supportive psychotherapy, mindfulness, solution-focused counseling, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Nataly's therapeutic approach is client centered and strength based. I integrate evidence-based practices with a compassion, understanding demeanor, tailored to each client's unique needs. Nataly is kind, caring, genuine and warm. Having many years of experience provides me with various tools and different perspectives on how to address problems and tailor treatment plans based on each individual's needs.
