Hi, I'm Grace! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I earned my Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy with a minor in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in a variety of settings; including in community, in-home services, office-based therapy, and more. I am currently a clinical supervisor for an Community Mental Health program that provides intense in home family therapy and case management throughout Philadelphia. I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply, build confidence, and develop the support systems and skills they need to navigate both everyday stressors and lifelong challenges. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they navigate daily challenges and long-term life transitions, offering compassion, guidance, and a safe space to grow.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other, clarifying your goals, and beginning to build the foundation for our work together. While the intake paperwork provides helpful background, our conversations are what truly help us begin forming a strong and meaningful therapeutic relationship.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

While I specialize in relational and systemic approaches; meaning we look at relationships and connections and how they have impacted your feelings, experiences, and values, I strive to create a space that is collaborative, supportive, empathetic, and empowering. I believe that every experience is valid; no matter how big or small. Everyone deserves support in a form that works best for them. I do my best to meet each client’s unique needs, and if it turns out we’re not the right fit, I’m more than happy to help connect you with someone who may be. Not every therapist is the perfect match for every person, and that’s completely okay!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

With my years of clinical experience, I’m well equipped to support clients who are navigating trauma, conflict, relational stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and crisis situations. I work with individual adults, teens, children, families, and couples, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each person or relationship.
