Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) based in North Carolina. I have been practicing for 9 years. I am passionate about helping adolescents, emerging adults, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I provide a safe, affirming space where clients can heal, grow, and rediscover their strength. Using a blend of CBT, mindfulness, and creative arts therapies, I guide individuals toward clarity, confidence, and meaningful change. In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other in a relaxed, welcoming space. You’ll have the chance to share what brought you to therapy and any immediate concerns you’re facing. We’ll explore your goals, your current stressors, and any emotional or mental health challenges you’re experiencing. I’ll ask questions to better understand your story and what support looks like for you. By the end of our time, we’ll begin to outline a plan that feels intentional and tailored to your unique journey—so you leave knowing that healing and change are possible.
With years of experience supporting adolescents, emerging adults, and adults through anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to every session. One of my greatest strengths is active listening—I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. I’m deeply attuned to the emotions behind your words and help you explore root causes, release emotional blocks, and reconnect with your purpose. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and somatic awareness, while also integrating creative modalities such as expressive arts, music, and movement when appropriate. This holistic and tailored approach allows us to co-create a path to healing that feels authentic to you. My clients often leave sessions feeling empowered, lighter, and more equipped with tools to navigate life with intention and courage.

CBT interventions strategies are utilized in our sessions to create a dynamic therapeutic environment that resonates with your creative and non-verbal expressions of your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
