Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have more than 7 years of experience with anxiety, trauma, depression, parenting and family concerns, and ADHD and learning struggles with adults, adolescents, and children in a wide variety of clinical settings using evidence-based treatments. Together, we can create a plan and course for treatment tailored to your individual concerns.My experience is mainly in CBT, DBT and EMDR therapy for PTSD and traumatic experiences. CBT is a behavioral modification therapy which is a type of psychotherapy that uses goal-oriented talk therapy to help clients in manage their mental health conditions, emotional concerns, and psychological health conditions.

EMDR

I use EMDR therapy for traumatic past experiences and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The population, I work with from the ages of 16 yr-old onwards.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness is based of staying in a moment and develop coping skills to work in past and plans for future with a new mindset.
