New to Grow
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, providing psychotherapy to adults, young adults, and families. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, with a holistic and collaborative focus, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns, gain insight, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I will ask about your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to gain from the process.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I take an insight oriented, psychodynamic approach while remaining flexible and holistic, allowing me to individualize treatment based on each client’s needs. I value collaboration and work closely with clients to explore deeper patterns, while also incorporating practical, solution focused strategies when helpful. This balance supports both meaningful insight and real, lasting change.
I am best positioned to work with adults and young adults who are seeking deeper self-understanding and meaningful change. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and patterns that feel difficult to break. My ideal clients are often reflective and open to exploring how past experiences and relationships shape their current emotional world. At the same time, I also work well with individuals who may feel stuck or overwhelmed and are looking for both insight and practical support. I provide a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore their inner experiences, build self-awareness, and work toward healthier relationships and a more fulfilling life.
Psychodynamic
My primary approach is psychodynamic, informed by my training and clinical experience in both community mental health and private practice. I help clients explore unconscious patterns, early relationships, and internal conflicts that shape their current challenges. I take a holistic and collaborative approach, and I individualize treatment based on each client’s unique needs. My work is insight oriented, while also incorporating solution focused strategies when appropriate to support meaningful and lasting change.
