What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the initial session with me, clients will experience a comprehensive process to build trust, gather relevant information, and create a personalized treatment plan. This includes introductions, establishing rapport, discussing privacy and confidentiality, reviewing client history, assessing current symptoms, conducting a psychiatric evaluation, collaborating on goal setting, providing information about treatment options, and developing a treatment plan based on assessment and client input.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths is my active listening skills and my ability to understand your concerns fully. This allows me to grasp the complexities of your experiences and provide tailored support.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I employ Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and supportive therapy as powerful tools to help individuals tackle mental health challenges. Using a collaborative and structured approach, I work alongside clients to develop practical strategies for shifting unhelpful thought patterns, managing emotions, and transforming behaviors effectively.

Psychoeducation

I believe in the effectiveness of psychoeducation as a crucial component of treatment. Psychoeducation entails giving clients information and understanding about their mental health condition, including its causes, symptoms, and available treatment options. Educating clients about their condition enables them to make informed choices and actively engage in their healing journey. In personalized sessions, I will offer resources, tools, and techniques to increase self-awareness, build coping skills, and support overall mental wellness.
