New to Grow
Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, and emotional challenges. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, balanced, and better equipped to manage daily life challenges with clarity and confidence.
In our first session, we will talk about your concerns, explore your goals, and begin getting to know each other. We may also complete an initial intake and a few brief questionnaires to help better understand your needs and support planning.
My greatest strength is creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space while using practical, evidence-based strategies to help clients build self-awareness, manage emotions, and develop healthier patterns. I bring experience working with children, teens, and adults, and I focus on making skills approachable, realistic, and easy to apply in everyday life.
I work best with children, teens, and adults who are experiencing anxiety, stress, or challenges with emotional regulation. My ideal clients are open to building self-awareness, learning coping strategies, and developing healthier patterns. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore concerns, build confidence, strengthen skills, and work toward meaningful and manageable change over time and across settings.

In my practice, I focus on strengthening coping skills, increasing insight, and offering encouragement and guidance to help clients navigate challenges and build confidence in their ability to manage them.
Strength-Based
I use a strengths-based approach to help clients identify and build ono their existing strengths and abilities. In my practice, I support clients in increasing confidence, develop resilience, and using their strengths to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
