For counseling to be most effective, it is important that you take an active role in the process. The trusting and authentic therapeutic relationship can be transformative. It can be healing simply to be truly heard and understood. I can offer new perspectives and provide insight moving you towards your personal goals.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
A few areas I specialize in but not limited to: Stress Management, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Manic Depressive Illness, Grief, Bereavement, Anger Management, Relationships, Trauma Informed, PTSD, ADHD, Family Issues and Women’s Health, etc. I have an eclectic approach to treatment based on the individual’s identified needs.
