(She/Her)
Dr. Ashley Lowe-Simmons has extensive training and education in working with many populations, but she is most passionate about working with Black and Hispanic families headed by single mothers. She is certified in financial social work, so financial health is a priority in her practice. She aspires to help everyone understand that mental health is the foundation of our being.
Clients can expect to complete a full diagnostic assessment for insurance purposes and billing. An assessment is much like a life interview, the more information provided the more prepared Dr. Ashley will be to work with you and the challenges that you may be experiencing.
Most clients state that it is very easy to talk with me, I pride myself in establishing a great relationship with the client. I believe that the relationship is the most important component of the therapeutic work.

I instantly felt safe speaking with her. Not sure where this will take me, but I'm super excited for the future. So glad I took this step and stopped putting this off.
