Hello, my name is Janet. My mission is to support others on their journey to leading a healthy, rewarding life to their fullest potential. Life gets complicated at times, and everyone can benefit from working with a therapist at one point or another. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master's degree in Social Work from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from Mercyhurst College. I have years of experience working with adults struggling with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, mood disorder, bipolar disorder, addiction, and PTSD. I am married and have three adult children, five grandchildren and two dogs. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, camping, gardening and reading.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?
I aspire to help build a positive space where individuals feel comfortable and relaxed. I offer a nonjudgmental approach and believe in building a solid therapeutic relationship and a safe place for individuals to share their struggles.

I have training in CBT, mindfulness, relaxation, Motivational Interviewing, Problem Solving Therapy.

I have to ability to empathize and understand the struggles of others. I empower individuals to prioritize self-care and support them in learning to love themselves again.
