Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Virignia. I received my Masters from the Liberty University and have been working in the mental health field since 2013. I support adults and teens in gently exploring their trauma, understanding its effects, and rebuilding a sense of safety, confidence, and inner peace.
Having worked in helping fields since high school, I have acquired good listening skills that allow me to be more attentive during sessions.

First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into your specific needs. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
