Strengths
I combine elements from many different behavioral interventions and we will remain flexible. We will use parts of different therapy styles to make sure that you are working in a way that is completely customized to your needs and also stay flexible to change as: 1) therapy develops; 2) goals are or are not being met, 3) new goals and new situations arise. People respond really differently to different ways of working and we will use combinations of elements make the most sense to you. As therapy develops, needs and responses to ways of working might start to look different, and we will remain flexible to so you continue to get services that are most helpful to you as or if your needs and preferences change.
Treatment methods
Integrative
Integrative therapy is a fully customized, individualized approach to psychotherapy that blends ideas, theories, and techniques from multiple distinct schools of thought, from the very well-established to new and emerging modalities. I have found that combining elements of different interventions offers the most flexibility to continue meeting the client where they are at as the therapy work evolves. As needs and outlooks change, and growth occurs, the therapy can change as needed so the client is always working in the ways that resonate best for them at any given time.
