I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Temple University)with over 50 years of experience providing psychotherapy in various settings, including many years of private practice. I enjoy my work and the opportunity to help people find ways to make their lives more satisfying and meaningful. I trust you will discover that therapy via telehealth is helpful, convenient, and less disruptive than scheduling office visits.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When we first meet, we will focus on sorting out if we are a "good match." Then, you can teach me more about what brings you to therapy and some of your goals. Knowing your goals in the first session might be difficult, which is understandable! However, goals and options to meet them will become more apparent over time.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

One of my greatest strengths is my age and experience. I've worked in many settings, public health, military mental health, community and church-related agencies, as a College Counseling Center Director and private practitioner. I enjoy the challenge of ongoing training: staying current with research and new interventions, as well as the tried-and-true aspects of psychotherapy.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with individuals who are willing to work on acquiring new tools to change the path of their lives. I am best at helping people get "unstuck" and moving forward.
