Upon the first visit, expect a session consisting of getting to know you. The next visit may be exploring the best medication options, if medication is necessary.
Jacqueline's goal is to create a non-judgement environment to foster trust, for both. Each visit includes a holistic approach that involves integrating brief psychotherapy during medication management to foster a more sustainable recovery.
She provides exceptional care proven by scientific-based treatment. If necessary, some treatments may be via medication management to patients with insomnia, depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and peri and postpartum challenges.
CBT is a goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that encourages a practical approach to problem-solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behavior in how people view the world and change the way they feel.
