New to Grow
I am a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical support. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based therapy, and family systems work to help clients build resilience, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.
During the first session, we will focus on getting to know you, discussing your concerns, personal history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. I will complete an initial assessment to better understand your needs and begin developing a treatment plan that supports your goals in a comfortable, collaborative environment.
What stands out about my approach is the combination of compassion, practicality, and over 16 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I use evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strength-based approaches, to help clients gain insight, develop effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
I am best positioned to serve individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and difficulties with communication or emotional regulation. I work well with clients who are motivated for growth, open to self-exploration, and seeking practical tools to improve coping, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives. I like my clients to transition with solid coping skills and confidence to meet life's challenges.
