I provide psychiatric care for TEENS and ADULTS experiencing difficulties with FOCUS, ANXIETY, ADHD, and MOOD-related concerns. My approach is calm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I take time to understand how symptoms are showing up in daily life before making treatment decisions. Care plans are developed thoughtfully and may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of both. Care is provided within a physician-led (MD) collaborative model to support appropriate oversight, continuity, and quality of treatment. My goal is to help patients gain clarity about what they are experiencing, feel supported throughout the process, and move toward greater stability over time. If you’re feeling unsure about what’s going on or what kind of support you need, we can work through it together.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, you can expect a thoughtful and structured conversation focused on understanding what you are experiencing and identifying the support that may be most helpful. We’ll discuss what brought you in, how symptoms are affecting your daily life, and review relevant personal and medical history to gain a clear picture of your needs. This initial visit is also a time to clarify goals, discuss possible treatment options, and outline next steps. Recommendations may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of approaches, depending on what is appropriate for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out in one session. The focus is on understanding, safety, and creating a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals. Follow-up and ongoing care are an important part of the process, and we’ll move at a pace that supports clarity and stability over time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is taking a thoughtful, measured approach to psychiatric care. I focus on understanding how symptoms such as attention difficulties, anxiety, and mood changes show up in real day-to-day life before making treatment decisions. I prioritize clarity over quick fixes. This means taking time to evaluate patterns, responses, and progress rather than rushing into conclusions or changes. When medication is part of care, it is introduced carefully and adjusted with close follow-up, keeping safety and long-term stability in mind. I also value collaboration. Patients are encouraged to ask questions, share concerns, and participate actively in decisions about their care. This approach helps people feel more confident in the process and better supported over time.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are teens and adults who are experiencing challenges with focus, anxiety, mood, or mental overload and are looking for thoughtful, ongoing support rather than quick fixes. Many people I work with are functioning in daily life but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why things feel harder than they should. I am well positioned to support individuals who want clarity about what they are experiencing, are open to collaboration, and value a structured, evidence-based approach to care. This includes patients seeking evaluation, medication management, therapy, or a combination of approaches, with the understanding that progress often happens over time. Clients who benefit most from working with me are those who want a supportive partnership, realistic expectations, and continuity in care.
