Hi, I’m Rachel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe being honest about what they are going through. Many of the individuals I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, self-worth, and the emotional demands of balancing family, work, and everyday life. My approach is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. I use CBT while also incorporating other therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or unsure of who they are outside of caring for everyone else. I bring both professional knowledge and real-life understanding into the therapeutic space. My goal is to help my clients feel seen, supported, understood, and capable of creating meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your current challenges, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and begin building a therapeutic connection that feels safe and supportive. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming or vulnerable, so I approach each session with compassion, patience, and understanding. Together, we will begin creating a plan that feels realistic, empowering, and tailored to your individual needs and experiences.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a warm, real, and supportive approach to therapy. I want clients to feel comfortable being themselves and know they can talk openly without feeling judged. I’m compassionate, relatable, and meet people where they are while helping them feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and supported through whatever life is throwing at them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and the pressures of balancing family, work, and personal identity. I am passionate about helping women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about their future rediscover their strength, confidence, and direction in a supportive and compassionate environment. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where women feel heard, supported, empowered, and capable of healing and creating meaningful change in their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help individuals better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a supportive and compassionate environment. I also incorporate other therapeutic modalities based on each individual’s unique needs, goals, and experiences, including mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, psychoeducation, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques. Together, we work on building healthier coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating positive, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering.
