I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 17 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and valued. I am committed to creating a safe and respectful space where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward lasting change. My experience extends to those struggling with disordered eating, addictions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and family conflict. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals who feel stuck or conflicted about their relationships, including those weighing the decision to stay or leave. Rather than pushing a specific outcome, I help clients explore their feelings, values, and patterns so they can make thoughtful, empowered choices and feel supported no matter the direction they take. My goal is to help clients build clarity, self-trust, and meaningful change while knowing they don’t have to navigate it alone.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

For some, the first session can feel a little intimidating, and that’s completely normal. Think of it as a conversation where we begin building trust and understanding. We'll focus on getting to know one another. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I’ll spend time learning about you, answering any questions you may have, and discussing goals for therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. I work alongside clients to explore what feels most helpful and meaningful for their goals. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can talk openly about difficult or sensitive experiences without fear of shame or criticism. I believe the therapeutic relationship itself is an important part of healing, and I prioritize building trust, safety, and genuine connection from the very beginning.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I'm passionate about helping individuals who feel torn about the future of their relationship. Whether you're struggling with recurring conflicts, feeling disconnected from your partner, or questioning whether to stay or leave, I provide a compassionate space to explore your options without pressure or judgment. My goal is to help you gain clarity, feel more empowered, and make decisions that are right for you.
