My name is Olga. I have 10+ years of experience. My joy is being able to find people help make sustainable changes to their every day life that help to make a difference to them no matter how small. The goal is to help in whatever way makes a difference to you the client, not what I see for you. While I offer a strength-based approach, that does not mean that we won't be real with each other or offer different perspectives that can feel uncomfortable to you. But hey that's therapy!

In our first session, you can expect to be treated with respect and to focus on building rapport. It will also be about establishing what your initial goals are and how we can work together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have learned in my experience that being strength-based is crucial to building changes. I have also learned that my job is to help bring up patterns that maybe you have not seen in yourself that will hopefully shed light to your choices.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with people to help see where they themselves can lead to progress, not depend on someone else to make those changes for them. My clients are eager and willing to be challenged and work together to make a positive change.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I focus on being present focused and strength-based in helping clients achieve their goal. We look to just visit "Ventville" but then the focus is on how do we get out of it and help make a sustainable change.
